STEP 4. The image reveal. Two weeks after your session, we will present edited options for you to choose.

EDITING

Interior photos always need some kind of editing to achieve that exposure only our human eyes can capture. To do this we take multiple photos and merge them together based on years of experience and knowledge. Each photo is edited to create a beautiful portfolio piece. Here are editing options.

Included Basic Editing-Color, consistency and exposure.

Included Standard Editing- sticking exposures together, removing cords, light switches, and any color correction. Light skin editing for individuals.

Upgraded Extensive Editing- Clean up major wall blemishes, signage, people, power lines, removal of structures, ceiling damage, importing graphics or art, fixing wrinkles in fabrics. For individuals, sliming, hair and or clothing retouching.

All images include basic editing, all composite images include standard editing. Extensive editing is billed at an hourly rate due to the custom nature of the job.

How long does it take to get our images.: Online galleries and digital files are ready within 2 to 3 weeks. Edit requests take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I share with other vendors & manufactures?: Usage is for only one person unless you purchased an additional usage. Third parties who want to use the images muse be directed to us to deal with purchasing a usage license. Sharing cost is allowed at 30% per each vendor sharing the cost.
What usage do I have?: When you purchase a service, you are obtaining photos for promotional use on social media, website, magazines, local television, or printed advertising for your company only. No third party is allowed. All photos are copyrighted by Laurie Perez Photography. Usage is for up to 3 years. After 3 years you do not have to pull your media off offline.
Can I print my digital files.: Of course! All files are fine-tuned for color, consistency, exposure and are print ready.
Can you hold the date for me?: To be fair to everyone we can not hold a date without a signed contract.
Do you refund retainers on cancellations?: The Session fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.
I don't think I can afford you, can I get a discount?: I know its hard to get great quality work on a budget, but investing in a good portfolio is so important for digital marketing. If pricing is an issue teaming up with vendors to split cost can help.

For example. For each vendor joining in on the job the markup is 30 percent.

$1000 x .30 = $1300 (split between you and another vendor) new cost is $650 a person.
We are ready to book, whats next?: Great! When you are ready we require a signed contact and pay your session fee.

Texas 8.25 tax applies to all residents.

Usage for 1 company up to 3 years. No third party allowed.
